* There may be a fee for alterations and a delay in receiving your attire due to inaccurate measurements taken elsewhere.
* The pick up date and final fitting is usually 48 - 72 hours before the event date.
* We can only insure proper fit if the tuxedo is tried on in our store at least 48 hours prior to the event date.
* Prices for the packages vary. Please call for your exact charges. After receiving this form, we will mail a copy of your invoice.
* All tuxedos must be returned by close of the next business day. A $50 per day late fee will be charged for any late items.
* The required $5 Accident Damage Waiver relieves you of any charges resulting from accidental minor damage, not loss or theft.
